SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed for in-stock items usually ship within 2-4 business days from order placement. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day. Items ordered together may ship separately.

How long will it take to arrive to my international address?

Shipping times vary for each desitination.

We offer free shipping on all orders $75 and over. 

Orders below $75 being shipped costs from a flat rate of $5.99. The specific costs will be adjusted base on the actual weight from $5.99-11.99.

We will take all the freight, duty, taxes and associated fees.

Do you ship to my country and where is my order shipped from? 

Apart from North America, we ship to Europe and Oceania too. If you are not sure with your country, please contact us for confirmation.

We have warehouses in Guangzhou and will build ones in US/EU. Your parcel will be dispatched by different warehouses depending on the product category.

You'll be sent a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.

You can check your order history to get your tracking information or contact us via website or email and we'll be happy to help.

You have up to 10 days after an item is marked as delivered to report your missing package. Hypecreator is not responsible for lost packages reported beyond 10 days post-delivery. Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address that is attended and will be monitored during the day if your mail area is not secure.
