• We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 14-days risk-free money-back guarantee.
• If you received damaged, missing parts, faulty, not as described order, you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
• If you'd like to return your product, simply contact us at: Contact Us and we will provide you with the shipping recipient info.
• Once we receive & check the returning products in well condition, you will receive the refund within 5 working days.
• Please note: our customer service team is working hard to answer all customer requests, though you may currently experience longer wait times in hearing back from us, we will be sure to get back to you as soon as we can.

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of order fulfillment.
• Merchandise must be undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Customer shall take the cost for return shipping. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. No extra charges for returning the products.
• After your return is received, in most cases your refund will automatically go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
• If you believe your package is lost or stolen, you have up to 10 days after an item is marked as delivered to report your missing package.
• Wawl Soul is not responsible for lost packages reported beyond 10 days post-delivery. Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address that is attended to and monitored during the day if your mail area is not secure.
